Product Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If still unsure of a particular size, please contact us (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) prior to item purchase so that we can provide more detailed size guidance for the particular item you are interested in.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Contact us immediately should you need to cancel an order (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com. We can update your order at no additional expense if the original order has not shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled and will be subject to the terms established within our Return Policy located in the Quick links at the bottom of this page.

Can my order be expedited?

Weekend Vibes Apparel can not guarantee an expedited delivery. However, we can work with you based on the need to deliver the product as soon as possible. Rush orders may subject the customer to additional shipping fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible (contact@weekendvibesapparel) if expedited shipping is desired.

How can I submit my discount code?

For customers who have signed up for our Weekly Vibes email or received a discount code in the mail, you may enter the specified discount code during order checkout. The discounted prices associated with an advertised sale or from a discount code, will be reflected in the cost of the item during the checkout process.

Please contact us prior to your purchase (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) should it appear that your discount code is not accepted during the checkout process.

Can my order be gift wrapped prior to shipment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer that service at Weekend Vibes Apparel. However, all of our items are shipped in solid color poly mailers or shipping boxes which do not reveal their contents inside.

Does Weekend Vibes Apparel match other advertised prices?

Please contact us prior to purchase should you find the same item advertised at a lower price. We would like to compete for your business if given the opportunity.

Product Issues

What should I do if an item shrunk after wash?

Once an item has been worn or washed, it is no longer returnable. The customer is responsible for proper care of the garment and therefore should review the product care instructions associated with the garment prior to wear or washing. Weekend Vibes Apparel strongly recommends against washing any garment in the wash machine, even if on delicate cycle, if the garment care instructions prescribe "hand wash" or "Dry Clean" only as the recommended care treatment.

What should I do if my package was stolen?

If you suspect your order may have been stolen, we recommend you first contact the shipper to confirm product delivery. If the shipper can confirm delivery, the we recommend you contact your local policy authorities.

What should I do if my purchased item does not match its product description?

Unfortunately, as a result of digital interfaces, colors of the actual garment may not match the images displayed. However, should you have an issue with your new product, please contact us immediately (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

What should I do if the product was damaged during shipment?

Contact us immediately (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) so that we can review the damages and coordinate with you and the shipper for resolution.

How can I leave feedback on my product or my shopping experience at Weekend Vibes Apparel?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We are reviewing country tax and import regulations so that we can ship overseas in the future.

When will my order arrive to my destination?

Orders are prepared within 1-4 business days of order placement, and shipping is estimated at an additional 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, this shipping period can also be delayed during holiday seasons or when there is inclement weather in between our location in sunny San Diego, CA, and your delivery address.

How do I track my package?

An email confirmation will be emailed to you at the time of shipment that will include a tracking number associated with the vendor selected by Weekend Vibes Apparel (i.e, USPS or UPS).

How does a return work if I pay with Shop Pay Installments?

In order to stay in good standing with Shop Pay Affirm, we recommend you continue to make your Shop Pay payments. If your cancellation/return is approved, you will be able to use store credit to purchase a different item on our website as an exchange.

Who is responsible to pay for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend contacting us should you have any questions on a particular product prior to purchase.

How do I start a return once the item has shipped from Weekend Vibes Apparel?

Can I exchange my item?

Due to the nature of inventory turnover, we can not guarantee the availability of a similiar item in a different size or color. Our recommendation would be to return the item for store credit which could then be used to purchase a comparable and available product from our site.

How long does it take to process a return?

We process all returns in the order of their receipt. Typically, we process returns in 3-5 business days form the time we have received your return order. An email confirmation will be sent to you for notification that your return has been successfully processed.
