Returns

We're sorry you didn't love the item in your order, but we are glad to help with your return or find a suitable replacement,

Weekend Vibes Apparel offers a 10-day return policy, which means the customer has 10 business days after item receipt to request a return.  Business days do not count for weekends and holidays.  After initiating a return request, the product must be postmarked for return shipping to Weekend Vibes Apparel within 5 business days.  Customer is responsible for all initial and return shipping fees.  Additionally, orders which received free shipping (purchases over $100) during original order placement may be subject to a shipping processing fee during the return.

Weekend Vibes Apparel is not responsible for order shipments once the mail courier (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, etc.,) has confirmed delivery to the customer's address.  It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking number provided to know when the order is scheduled to arrive.  However, customers should contact Weekend Vibes Apparel as soon as possible if the order is not received or is damaged upon receipt.  All damaged packages or items need to be retained to support follow-on claim reporting.

To be eligible for a return, customers must ensure ordered items are in the same condition in which they were originally delivered: Clean with no pet hair, no fragrance, makeup or deodorant marks, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached.  

To start a return, email: contact@weekendvibesapparel.com and state the reason for the return request.  To help us improve our product listings, please indicate if the item's description or sizing details did not adequately describe the product you are wishing to return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Order Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they need to contact us as soon as possible.  Once an order has been fulfilled (picked up by shipper), it is no longer eligible for cancellation.  Weekend Vibes Apparel will notify the customer if the order can not be cancelled as soon as possible.

Damages, defective items, or issues

Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us within two (2) business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.  Please include written details about the defect and be prepared to include pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions, non-returnable, or final sale items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special pre-orders, custom embroidery, or personalized items like tumblers or mugs), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Additionally, due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear or bodysuits.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items, clearance items, gift cards, mystery items, and giveaways. Items marked on sale, door-busters, or clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Items purchased during a free gift with purchase event are final sale. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure our customer gets the item she/he wants is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item needed.  Due to items selling out quickly, exchanges for a different size may not always be available.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any additional questions about our Refund / Return policies.  

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

SHOP PAY Returns:

In accordance with Shop Pay policy, customers “can’t use the Shop app to cancel an order, return an item, or ask for a refund.”  Therefore, customers who purchased through the Shop App must contact Weekend Vibes Apparel directly (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) to initiate a return. 

For orders placed through the Shop App or purchased with Shop Pay, Weekend Vibes Apparel will issue an order refund directly to the customer once the item has been received and verified to be in compliance with the stated conditions of the Weekend Vibes Apparel Return policy.   Weekend Vibes Apparel is not responsible for the refund of any installment charges the customer has paid or agreed to pay to Shop Pay.  Furthermore, Weekend Vibes Apparel is not responsible for a customer’s loss of good standing with Shop Pay should the customer fail to fulfill their original Shop Pay purchase agreement. 

Excessive Returns:

An excessive amount of returns (>2 return orders within 6 months) may subject the customer to a 15% restocking fee or limit refund to store credit only.  If Weekend Vibes Apparel determines a customer’s return rate to be excessive, Weekend Vibes Apparel will notify the customer prior to further processing the return.  Weekend Vibes Apparel withholds the right to refuse future service to any customer who is responsible for an overly excessive number of returns (aka. “serial returner”).  

Prior to order submission, customers are encouraged to review the Sizing Chart Link at the bottom of the Weekend Vibes Apparel website, refer to the listed sizes or fit videos within the product description and media galleries, or contact Weekend Vibes Apparel directly (contact@weekendvibesapparel.com) should they have any questions on product size, comfort, or fit.
